Rosemary Monahan is a Certified Executive Career Coach with 20 years experience leading people in transition. She believes that transition is a time of exploration, opportunity and transformation which allows people to move in new—and better—career directions for more fulfilling and balanced lives. She is a straight-shooting leader with a no-nonsense approach. Humor and “tough love” are the tools she uses to keep members on track, motivated, confident and connected. Katie Monahan is the “Roster Diva”, coordinating and maintaining the 2400+ Active and Alumni Membership lists for the Job Search Circle. In her professional life, Katie is the Community Educator for Dimensions Home Health Care, holds positions as the Membership Chair for both the Lake-McHenry Continuity of Care and Senior Service Coalition of Lake County, and assists in the coordination of Family Caregiver Conferences in both Illinois and Wisconsin. As the daughter of Rosemary Monahan, Katie grew up in a household that emphasized networking as part of professional development, and takes that to heart. She regularly organizes networking events and assists in the promotion of professional development events within the Chicagoland and south-eastern Wisconsin healthcare market. |Dennis Humphrey—Director, Young Careerist Practice & JSC Education
Dennis Humphrey PhD is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience in human development efforts as a consultant, program director, regional manager and business owner. His career spans not-for-profit organizations, corporate business, behavioral and higher education arenas. His knowledge in adult education, behavioral health and human development allow Dennis to assist clients with the many human factors prominent during workplace and career transitions. His ability to build rapport with clients and develop trusting relationships quickly moves clients forward to productive action. In addition to his work with the Job Search Circle, Dennis teaches at Trinity International University and runs counseling and consulting practice serving youth and young adult populations, couples in distress, and people seeking career/vocational assessment. Mark Schwanke is a Community Manager for Motorola with 17 years of experience customer support related fields. His career spans the entertainment service industry, high tech and human capital management. Transitioning from traditional support channels to social support initiatives in the last nine years Mark has found new opportunities to leverage the wealth of information grown in online support and collaboration communities to supplement traditional support channels and methods of knowledge creation.
